Pathways to Happiness – YOUTH
Join us for an informative and supportive workshop designed for:
- Youth who want to be happier – whether they’re feeling down, stuck or already doing well and want to keep growing.
- You do not need a diagnosis to take this workshop, it’s for everyone.
Topics addressed in this workshop included:
- Understand the concept of happiness
- Explore different pathways to happiness
- Build practical skills to positively influence your emotions and experiences
Workshop Format:
Youth (12-17 yrs)
6 week workshop, 1.5 hours in length – offered In-Person or virtually using zoom
How do you get into the workshop?
- You can be referred by your RDPCN primary care provider or,
- If your primary care provider is part of the RDPCN you can self-refer by calling 403.314.3297.
- If you are already seeing a RDPCN Nurse, Psychologist, Mental Health Counsellor, Recreation Therapist or Pharmacist, you can ask them about a referral.
Parents or Legal Guardians must sign the consent forms for the youth to participate in the workshop. Forms are sent automatically by email or text once your child is registered and can be completed online as a questionnaire. Printing is only needed if there are access issues or for parents/legal guardians who share custody. The second parent or legal guardian would need to print and sign. These forms can be brought to the first session or emailed to scheduling@rdpcn.com.

Participant Manual
You will be require to purchase a participant manual for $20 available at the RDPCN Primary Clinic. A free pdf version is available online.
If the fee for the participant manual creates a barrier for you to attend, speak with a staff member when you arrive for your workshop.
