Helping Empty Arms Recover Through Sharing H.E.A.R.T.S.

Our “Sharing & Caring” Baby Loss Support Group has been designed to help families through the loss of their precious baby during pregnancy or shortly after birth ~ providing peer support and education (non-counselling) in a safe and confidential environment.  Our facilitators are trained to listen with compassion and empathy.

How do you get into the program?
Meetings are drop in basis the 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Red Deer PCN office.  If you are unable to come but would like to join via Zoom, contact the office and get the link!
**As of November the drop in will change to the 4th Monday of each month**

If you are already seeing a RDPCN nurse, psychologist, mental health counsellor, recreation therapist or pharmacist you can ask them about the program

Your commitment:
Maintain confidentiality of those who share during the meeting.
Make every effort to arrive on time; we encourage arrival at 5:15pm to allow time to get settled and complete any forms.
