Who should attend?
For people living with vulnerable situations in Red Deer, including those without an Alberta Health Care Card.

Appointment is recommended but not required.  Walk-in patients are welcome.

Primary Care Medical Services: Prescriptions, birth control (prescribing/counselling), bloodwork, would care (including sutures), care for chronic disease (high blood pressure, diabetes).  Referrals to specialists and other community services, assistance with medical forms such as: treatment/recovery programs, Alberta Works documentation.  Note: NP are unable to complete AISH applications

Unique services offered: Sexually Transmitted Blood Born Infection (STBBI) testing and treatment, including hepatitis C and syphilis.  Prescription treatments for opioid use disorder (methadone, suboxone, and sublocade).

Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
For people living with opioid use disorder, prescribing of suboxone and methadone.
