Talk to a Counsellor

Program Format:
Adults (18+)
This is a brief, non-urgent counselling service.
Individuals will have a 45-minute appointment with a Mental Health Counsellor, to determine if this counselling service model will work for you.

Who should attend?
For individuals experiencing prolonged stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or grief.
You will be supported to:

  • Strengthen your resiliency
  • Maintain your mental wellness
  • Learn practical solutions that work for you

How do you access this service?

  • You can be referred by your RDPCN primary care provider or,
  • If your primary care provider is part of the RDPCN you can self-refer by calling 403.314.3297.
  • If you are already seeing a RDPCN nurse, psychologist, recreation therapist or pharmacist you can ask them about a referral.
